I kind of hate keeping track but at the same time, counting calories can be a useful method of weight loss. I had heard in the past that in order to maintain your current weight, you would need to multiply it by 10 and that would be how many calories per day that you could take in. I just found this great calorie calculator though that is more specific to you. If you put in your weight, height, and age,it calculates how many calories per day that you need to have to lose your desired weight in your desired time frame. So, the address is:

Check it out if you want to. It might be helpful. There are also lots of sites that break down how many calories are in certain foods. P.s...tomorrow the Biggest Loser starts again so watch if you can for some motivation!

Ok, so I checked out the link, and wow... I need to find one that takes into account that I am nursing a very hungry baby. ;) 900 calories a day? Yeah, I don't think so...
And, btw, we did catch Biggest Loser the other night... watched both hours. Wow.
