That's right people, we're bringin back the blog...oh yeah!! Happy new year to everyone, it's gonna be a great one. We're all ready to lose some weight and to get healthier. No more hospital vacations this year okay? I need numbers today for your goals and I will post them on the sidebar. Then, I think at the end of each month I will chart our progress. Lets try to lose a collective hundred in January eh?!

Here's what I'm doing: I am going to eat 3 healthy, well-balanced meals every day. I am also going to eat only healthy snacks...no sugar...except for one free day a week that I can do whatever I want. I also take a multi-vitamin every day and work out for an hour a day, six days a week. Finally, I am trying to drink at least 64 oz. of good fluid, like water, every day. These are the things that have helped me lose 45 pounds so far so I'm gonna stick to them. I'm also reading, "The Gabriel Method," so when I get some good tips from that, I will post.

Now...we need to hear from you, what you are doing, what's working, some delicious recipe's, helpful workouts and hints, poems by Teresa...anything you think might help. I need your email addresses so that I can make you admins. For now, give me any other ideas for the blog you might have....we're back!!!
